Lovely peaceful place. Lots of grass for kids to play on. Pool was perfect temperature and the gentleman doing maintenance/cleaning was extremely through and very friendly.

This resort was OK overall. After visiting other resorts nearby I realized that this one is definitely much more basic and less “resorty” than most. This was more of a living complex than a vacation style resort. The pool was basic, rooms were simple, and grounds didn’t have too much going on. I’d probably stay somewhere more exciting next time

Not a friendly place check in some man just walked in to our room with out notice check out was 11 but at 915 returned to our room maid was in there and had thrown out all our drinks and food did not get to check for personal items feel like we were evicted at 830 am will leave bad reviews and not recommend this property to antone

It is very good location. But!!!! Attention to visitors!!! Cockroaches everywhere! Big, small! While you cut bread or fruits they get to the cutting board! We feel terrible there! Left the note at 5pm, because no one was already at the reception and no response on that. We were afraid to bring them home with our clothes. At the checkout I just heard “sorry, I will let know our cleaning lady” Cleaning lady? Really? The whole resort need to be closed for few weeks and do pest control 24/7 everywhere!

Very simple property, excellent views, grounds were well kept, didn’t experience dining that is on property, thoight parking lot was crowded, limited space between parking spots, trying to utilize what they have I guess

Nice, quiet, and clean hotel with full kitchen. It even has all the utensils and kitchen appliances. In addition it even have spices for bbq (which available to guest free to use). Next to Napili Beach with hot tub. Free parking with 5G WiFi.

The condo was clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Snorkel gear available to rent on site, Bbq and laundry access was a plus. Just steps away from a beautiful beach. We traveled after Labor day so missed the crowds. It was quiet and the property grounds were well maintained. We can't wait to stay here again.

Someone stole my mom’s bag of souvenirs from the ABC store from her room while she was at the beach with us. The hotel staff was rude when I was trying to check her in as well. Beautiful hotel, grounds and restaurant options. Sub par service and hospitality.
