Hoyochi Nikko # 103, 1st Floor Direct Oceanfront Beauty

After visiting Hoyochi Nikko for 20 years we decided to purchase our own piece of paradise in this ocean front ground floor beauty. Hoyochi Nikko is a small 18 unit complex, so you do not have the large crowds that Hotels and Larger complexes have. In fact, a lot of the time you will feel as though you have the entire complex all to yourself.

The unit has been fully remodeled with new tile floors, quartz countertops, a new shower and all new furniture.

It sits within 100 feet of the Pacific Ocean and is a perfect place to sit on your Lanai and admire the beautiful Hawaiian water and whale watch.

The unit is also furnished with everything you will need for your holiday. We have 2 swim assist devices hanging in the closet.

Hoyochi Nikko is a smoke free facility. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property.





Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a phone, as well as a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Amazing views

If you are looking for a place to hang out and enjoy the Ocean than this is the place for you. Breath taking views of the Ocean from the lanai and from the pool. Condo was quite and clean. Would highly recommend staying at the Hoyochi Nikko.

Perfect Getaway

The condo was very clean, well organized and stocked with everything we needed (towels, beach chairs). The view from the lanai is amazing and only steps to the pool and to the ocean. Very quiet and peaceful. Can’t wait to come back.

A Piece Of Paradise

This condo met all of our expectations. It was great for two people with great access to the beach and pool. There was a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with large walk in shower, comfortable king size bed and with more then adequate furniture in the living room area.

Fabulous stay!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our time in Maui. The kitchen had everything we needed, and more. Everything was so clean, and the few questions I had were responded to right away. I loved being right by the ocean and able to watch the whales and turtles right from the patio. We will definitely stay here again.

The perfect place

This is literally the perfect place for a couple or a family. Centrally located and close to everything. The views are amazing!! Beach right out your back door. Safe neighborhood where we left the doors open almost all the time. Would highly recommend.
