Papakea F306 is an oceanfront, 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo that sleeps 4 guests. New stainless steel appliances, cabinetry, lighting and furniture. New bamboo laminate flooring, whisper-quiet ceiling fans, and those wonderful ocean breezes. The bathroom features Kohler fixtures with high-end tile, a spotless walk-in shower and new pocket door for privacy. Entertainment includes new smart TVs in both living area and bedroom, equipped with cable and complimentary 5G WiFi.

You'll stay cool with a new split AC in both the living area and bedroom, with iWave-M technology that kills mold, bacteria and viruses. Let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep in the comfortable King size bed with a new mattress. A pull-out queen-sized sofa sleeper is available for additional guests.

Modern beachy feel with stunning unobstructed, panoramic views of the Pacific. Enjoy both Molokai and Lanai from this charming, third story, oceanfront condo! Sip your morning coffee as turtles swim below and whales breach (during whale season); dine al fresco watching glorious, west-facing sunsets from your private lanai. The occasional rainbows are absolutely magical! There is a cool, grassy lawn just outside the unit, along with beautiful beaches within walking distance. Enjoy turtle and dolphin spotting and whale watching (during whale season) from this ultimate Maui property. NOTE: We also own a studio (F207) in the same building if additional space is needed for family or friends.

*** Notice of Property Plumbing Project:
- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Work in this unit begins June 9th, 2025, with an estimated completion for this unit projected on or around July 8th, 2025.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

Amazing beachfront condo

This well-appointed, beachfront condo was perfect for our week in Maui. We’ve stayed in this basic area (just north of Kaanapali) four times before, and once before at the Papakea. This was before the nicest condo we’ve stayed in. The owners must have done a fairly recent renovation. The kitchen had great appliances, and was well-stocked with pots, plans, and even a few starter items like coffee and filters. The Papakea property is a friendly low-key resort. Family-friendly, but also quiet. The condo is right on the waterfront and the views of Molokai (and Lanai to the left) were amazing. We went in January and sat in the balcony and watched whales breach. The neighborhood is great, a couple miles north of Lahaina, and just at the north edge of Kaanapali and the big resorts. There’s a grocery store and fish market essentially across the street. Oh and the management company was great too. Early and helpful communication. Now, Maui is not inexpensive, but this condo was definitely worth it.

Paradise home for a week!

We just got back from a lovely week-long stay in your condo. It was amazing! The view for the lanai was mesmerizing and the accommodations were top notch. The condo was very modern and had, obviously, recently been remodeled. We brought brand new hiking poles with us, and didn’t end up using them. So we left them in the closet, hoping future guests get good use from them. We would definitely stay here again, and certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay in Maui.

Great Stay!

Can't beat the views of this balconey. We loved the resort, easy walks to lunch and breakfast. Ended most evenings in the nice oversized hot tub and played putt-putt around happy hour before heading to dinner. Great snorkeling right off the condo too! Only downside was the upstairs guests that arrived halfway through our stay, either they were pretty loud or the floors are just that thin. Other than that the condo is perfect!

My fiancé (now husband) and I got married on Maui and booked Papakea F306 for 10 days. Let me just say that we would definitely stay here again. The condo was clean, updated and beautifully furnished. The view from our lanai was gorgeous and pictures do not do it justice. This condo unit is beautifully updated and right on the water. You can hear the surf and view amazing sunsets from the lanai. Papakea is definitely for families and since I was just traveling with my husband, would probably prefer staying somewhere more quiet. Overall though it was a wonderful vacation!

This condo is nothing short of stunning. It has had a first class renovation and the unit is very well equipped. We especially appreciated the assortment of beach amenities. Wonderful stay!

My family and I just had the most amazing week here! The property is just as expected from the pictures. The balcony view is simply breathtaking. We will be back for sure. The only down side was check in, I wish their was an early check in option. Our flights were changed and came in way earlier than originally booked, the resort tried to allow us to check early, but once they called the property management they said not until 4. We literally couldn’t get our keys until exactly 4. Made for a very long day and tired child but wasn’t a deal breaker. Just would have been nice to check in once the unit was ready even if it was just a hour or so.

The pictures of the property were spot on. We arrived and the condo was so beautifully decorated and the view was spectacular. We watched whales jump every day from the balcony. The condo had everything you might need. The grounds were lush and beautiful. We will definitely be back!!
