First, we arrived late at night for check in and our reservation was given away but we were sent to another nearby hotel for the night which was an 8 minute walk away to make up for it. It was our first time in NY so I was a little nervous to walk but the neighborhood isn’t too bad (I probably wouldn’t have gone alone but felt safe enough with my partner). We were able to return to the Courtyard the next day. The hotel location is great. It is near subway stations, only a train away from manhattan. There is also a 24 hour food market next door and coffee shop around the corner which was super convenient especially when the hotel restaurant was closed. The room had a nice view, bathroom was small but that was excepted. The side lamps next to the bed did not work but the floor lamp did which was enough. I would stay here again.

The property is an excellent alternative to staying in Manhattan, as it offers the ease of access to Manhattan via a short drive over the nearby Queensboro Bridge.

Got this room for my elderly mother for 3 nights. She stated the customer service was great and they met all her needs. Transportation is important and she had great access to bus and train, especially since she traveled to Astoria, Roosevelt Island and 42nd St.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staffs are very friendly, except the first night male employee, he seems very reluctant to offer help, the rest were very friendly. The location is excellent, the food market next door offers variety of food in a very reasonable price.

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. During this time towels were not replenished as well as coffee and toiletries. I called the desk for more coffee and the coffee never arrived. When my husband tried to check out the front desk look out of it and was not very welcoming. It’s a shame that this hotel charges so much for a night but the services received were so poor. They need to retrain their staff on hospitality. I would not recommend staying here.

Great stay I had my French bull Dog with me.. Very pet friendly.. Walked her at all times of day and NIGHT. School in the area so there is a large let out around 3am but they go home and don’t linger.

I booked a King-size room but was given one with two Queen beds instead, and the staff refused to make the change. Additionally, two staff members (a man and a woman) were seated at the front desk from the moment I entered the hotel until I went up to my room, but neither greeted me or acknowledged my presence.
