We stayed for three nights. While the hotel is generally fine, no one cleaned our room for the entire stay. We talked to the front desk, spoke directly to housekeeping and asked them to clean our room. They all said yes, and yet nothing. No towels, trash not taken out, bed never made for three nights.

The airport shuttle was very punctual but hard to find. Signs at the airport only got me to the general area. Fortunately I found people to ask. I eventually spotted the shuttle but had to wander around to find put how to reach it. I was uncomfortable with the area but once inside I felt safe.
