The rooms need updating, comforters and attention to the bathrooms would be great. The lighting in the rooms are very poor. There is none in the center of the room nor where the mirror is and thats where you are likely to get dressed. The best persons there are the ancillary staff, especially the cleaners. They should be working front desk. Not Chris and his minions. Staff needs more customer service training and they add hidden charges so pay attention. Location is next to the E and W train and those take you straight into the city.My anniversary was badly impacted by the young mans behaviour to the point where the young lady working with him had to tell him to stop. This is the worst iIHG and Hilton hotel i have stayed

The rooms are very spacious for NYC! The daily free breakfast buffet is delicious, convenient, and helps save on your food budget. The area is quiet. There's a subway line a block away that'll get you into Manhattan in 15 minutes.
