We absolutely love Indigo Flushing. This is our second time with the property, and this time with family and the hotel feels like home. The staff, and that encompasses all the staff, from maintenance to housekeeping to front desk, is perfection. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The rooms are clean and spacious, with mini fridge, coffee maker and other amenities.

The hotel's facade isn't very impressive, but the front desk service was exceptional. My flight was delayed, and I didn't arrive at the hotel until 11:40 PM. The front desk staff quickly checked me in, and when they learned I was going to Washington D.C. the next morning and would be returning to the hotel in a couple of days, they offered to store my extra luggage for free. I asked for an extra blanket, and by the time I got off the elevator and reached my room, a staff member was already waiting at the door with the blanket – I was truly grateful! The next day, the front desk staff processed my luggage storage very quickly and even asked if I needed an airport shuttle bus. The service was very enthusiastic. There were also two breakfast options, both clean and hygienic, and the food looked very appealing. Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
