Very nice hotel but it is located in a bizarre area of Chinatown. We enjoyed are stay but probably wouldn't stay again just because of the location.

This hotel surprised my husband and I. The staff was amazing. I think his name is Lloyd. He was amazing and made our family feel welcomed. The area isn’t the greatest but the staff and their hospitality definitely made up for it.

Pictures/Rooms look great in website but disappointed in many ways. Paid almost $500 per night expecting to be 4 stars rating. Here are the bads Bathroom - Shower door one side is missing, light is fickering Room - Light is also fickering at entry and NO refrigerator (this is the only hotels that I ever stay with no fridge!!). Coffee - cost $3.50 (4-stars hotel, maybe complimentary coffee/drinks will be good) Elevator - painfully slow The Goods Bathroom - great counter space Location - Awesome, close to Front staff - Lloyd is very friendly
