The breakfast room is too congested and definitely not enough seating. Egg (Reconstituted or powder?) and yogurt quality (w/artificial sweetener) not satisfactory.

The staff here are very helpful. From the time we arrived and realizing we were clming from a hurricane zone. They had been extra understanding with my kids and very helpful. Best Hyatt experience ever

Overall was good.but Breakfast was not setup properly as sitting area was very congested and limited menu was served. Wasn’t much for vegetarian.and people lined up for making waffles.i think hotel staff should be making waffles rather then people waiting wasting food n time. Disposable plates stick together and wasting alot. If waffles and bread hotel staff serve then less waiting time n shorter people line up. But overall we enjoyed .good experience.

Our room was in front of Ice Dispenser machine and it will keep drainning whole night every night. Our room fridge was not plugged for first three nights and we didnt know. Last night, I plugged it and later at night I was wondering where is this griding noise coming from. All night it was a mystery. Next Morning, realized its from the fridge.
