As with all NY hotels -- rooms are always smaller than the picture. With that said good hotel and very clean room, clean linens, and bathroom. Parking was good and price half price of other hotels I reviewed. Would use this hotel again when visiting NY.

The beds were actually just metal cots with very thin economy style mattresses on them similar to what you would find in a dorm room or summer camp. They had bed skirts around them to disguise the fact that they were just cots.

I had a good stay—just one night, but zero complaints. Lovely to be able to park easily, and I was able to leave the car before and after checking in and out without paying more. Not much fun in the neighborhood, but that’s not what I came for. Would come again.

We loved being close to family in LIC. The price was reasonable. The breakfast was lovely. The inn was very clean and comfortable. Our only criticism would be to improve the rooftop experience - especially the flooring. Nice views!

comfortable and convenient, but not fancy.
This hotel was cute and convenient to things in the area. It is 1 block from the metro, so it was easy to get the train into Manhattan, and there is curb space for Uber to pick up with no problem. There’s a café around the corner and, a grocery store about four blocks away. Breakfast was provided, but I didn’t actually try it. The room was small, but clean and quiet. Internet was fairly slow at this hotel, so I would not plan to work from this location. Staff were super nice , and brought an iron up really quickly when I needed one. The bed could be more comfortable, but it was fine. If you’re looking for something comfortable, convenient, but not fancy, this is the place. I give it four stars and not five because the door to my room was a little bit misaligned and so I had to fiddle with it to get the lock closed.

Well, I reserved a a double twin bed and it turns out to be a literal twin bed so I had to sleep like a big 12 year old. The beds were NOT comfortable and the blankets felt weird. The furniture was beat up. Never again.

The hotel is conveniently located. It's a 2-block walk to the subway, and you're in the city within minutes. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was better than most. Each day clean towels and beds made without asking. If you drive there and need parking, for $20/day you can park right outside the hotel building, off street. I had a very good experience at this hotel.
