The property was great. The area around it isn't great, but we stayed there for convenience to La Guardia and ease of transportation during our one night layover. For these purposes the hotel was fantastic! Breakfast buffet was exceptional, staff was professional, the room was the most comfortable bed and shower we'd had in three weeks of travel! The shuttle to LaGuardia was PERFECT. It made for a great end to a long business trip.

Staff were absolutely lovely, helpful with check-in and organising shuttle. Room was large but floors felt dusty. Towels had marks on them. Corners of bathroom not clean and shower grate peeling. Okay for an overnight. Not close for any restaurants however the hotel restaurant had good food and service.

First time to stay at this property. Never sure what you’re getting with a hotel close to a significant airport. This one exceeded expectations. Quick check in. Friendly staff. Clean, spacious room. Restaurant/bar wasn’t great but serves light fare and it was welcomed by us after a long flight. Will stay again.

One of the front desk staff was unfriendly and disrespectful. I should got her name. I arrived at hotel early on September 10th and just inquired about a possible early check in. She wanted no part of it and dealt with situation in a very disrespeftful manner. Totally unacceptable.
