Our room and the hotel was really clean. Rooms were very small as expected for a hotel near Times Square. The staff were nice and accommodating for us.

Great location for broadway theaters. Staff is helpful and the rooms are very comfortable. Appreciate the modern touches like multiple charging ports on each side of the bed and the ability to control things from the app.

Excellent location, walking distance from Penn Station, lots of food options (there’s an attached Italian place, steakhouse, and diner). My only complaint is you have to run the hot water for almost 10 minutes for the water to get hot. Very secure with pleasant staff.

I absolutely loved the Westin @ Times Square. The children were able to just go out and roam freely, conveniently and safely.
