Family accommodation in Lower East Side

The hotel ambience was perfect and visually pleasing.

I liked how you couldn’t hear anyone whilst staying in the hotel. I also liked how accommodating the staff was. I wish I stayed longer for my trip. It was decently priced. Room could’ve been larger though. 8.5/10

Staff was amazing and rooms were clean and comfortable. Only down side is there’s no mini fridge or iron in the room and to get ice, you would have to go all the way down to the basement. But we had a great time staying there.

Great hotel and very friendly staff! Krystal at the desk near the reception was amazing, very easy to talk to and helpful in getting me setup with my room and stay. Highly recommend this hotel and the amazing staff! The bars are good too especially the one downstairs! Angel makes a great drink check it out

I loved that I could walk to most theaters and lots of dining options around
