Quintana Roo ski resorts

Great drinks - better than other properties I’ve been to. The food was also actually really good, including the buffet which is unusual. Normally the buffets are terrible and the restaurants are just okay. The room with the jacuzzi overlooking the ocean was absolutely worth the extra spend, and was super clean. If you have a family, the property was amazing for kids, with a huge treehouse area in the family pool for them, rock climbing, and a zipline area for them. If you don’t have kids, the adult pool and huge hot tub area over looking the beach and ocean was great. The only negative I have if it matters to someone is that there are not as many cabanas on the beach compared to some properties I’ve been to. But, there were a ton of cabanas around the adult pool area.

I loved being part of nature and seeing the wildlife. The staff were nice and the food was good. We will definitely stay again.

Riu Palace Kukulkan did not disappoint at all! Great experience!

Thanks to Ali and Cristian from the buffet restaurant they were amazing.The Mexican restaurant was amazing too. We Definitely coming back !

Very friendly atmosphere, don’t be afraid to visit everyone makes you feel very welcomed, staff is awesome as well.
